To all BHRDCA club Secretaries, Junior Section Managers and Junior Team Managers:
Please be advised that a junior delegates meeting will be held at East Burwood Clubrooms (M62 B7), on Monday 8 September, 2014 at 7.30pm.
All clubs entering at least one junior team, (from U10 to U18) in BHRDCA for 2014/15 season, are required to have at least one representative attend this meeting.
Non –attendance will incur a fine under BHRDCA rules. Please advise any apologies by email, and any matters of business to be addressed.
Attached is a draft of the junior competition rules, that have been extensively revised. Please ensure they have been read and discussed by relevant persons at your club prior to the meeting on 8/09/2014.
Following any further discussion at the junior delegates meeting, a motion will be proposed to pass all revisions, either as a whole, or on a rule by rule basis.
It is also requested that clubs advise of any up-dates to their junior team nominations, prior to the meeting.
We would also like to hear from anyone interested in assisting the Junior Executive with matters such as team grading, MyCricket compliance, or as Junior representative team managers.
